General Contracting

In the traditional design-bid-build, FMI is your partner in ensuring your project is meeting your planned schedule, quality, and budget. As your general contractor, FMI works closely with you and the design team to safely and efficiently execute your plan. FMI is committed to keeping the project safe and organized while maintaining the schedule and obtaining the highest level of quality.

Construction Management

As a Construction Manager, FMI represents our client’s interests and provides oversight over the entire project directly for them. We will work closely with the project’s stakeholders and trade partners from the earliest stages of design and provide expertise in construction costs, scheduling, and value engineering, all of which can be continually evaluated as the design progresses.
